Purpose

Building a long term solidarity based relationship between St. Dominic Church in New Orleans, LA and Mount Carmel Parish in rural Haiti, that strengthens our faith and challenges us to cooperative action.

Vision

To establish a long-term partnership with Fr. Wesley and the families of Mount Carmel  parish as they continue their recovery efforts and the improvements to their community.  In doing so, we aspire to expand our sense of shared humanity, strengthen our faith, and concretely experience our oneness in Christ.
