The Rosary Altar Society (RAS) of Saint Dominic Parish exists to assist the Pastor and staff to maintain and
support the facilities and activities necessary for the execution of the rites and rituals of the Catholic
faith. This includes, but is not limited to, assistances with:

• The care of the altar, its cloths, and sacramental vessels and vestments

• The decoration of the sanctuary for weekly and holiday services of the Church

• Care and cleanliness of the Church

The Rosary Altar Society sponsors the annual Turkey Bingo held on the Tuesday night of Thanksgiving
Week and the St. Joseph Altar held each March 19 in honor of the Solemnity of St. Joseph. These two
activities, in addition to smaller events, provide community outreach and the fund raising necessary to
carry out the objectives of the organization.
